All residents in good standing.

The Clubhouse is for use of homeowners for their enjoyment and that of their family and friends. The clubhouse can be used for community events and private events so long as the event is hosted by a resident in good standing.

  • Events must not be advertised to the general public.
  • Attendees may not be charged a fee.
  • Personal use only. NO business related functions.

Community events hosted by residents for residents are free of change. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper towels are provided.

Private events hosted by residents such as birthday parties, family reunions, etc. require a deposit and usage fee.

Residents in good standing should submit the Clubhouse Reservation Application.

Committee Responsibilities

The Clubhouse Committee is responsible for:

  • Arranging for the maintenance and repair of the clubhouse and its grounds.
  • Approving and scheduling the use of the clubhouse by property owners.
  • Enforcing the clubhouse rules.
  • Collecting refundable deposits for clean-up as needed after use of the facility.
