Committee Responsibilities

The Communications Committee is primarily responsible preparing information and disseminating it to property owners and residents on behalf of the Association. In addition, the committee performs the following functions:

  • Creates event signage.
  • Assists the Secretary with maintaining the Association’s digital archive.
  • Maintains the Association’s email system.
  • Maintains the content of the Association’s website.
  • Maintains the Community Directory.
  • Monitors the Association’s email account and routes emails to the proper recipients.
